The Kia Seltos BS6 Phase 2 (2023) update marks a significant stride forward, especially under the stricter emissions norms and evolving customer preferences. To comply with the new BS6 Phase 2 and Real Driving Emissions (RDE) regulations effective from April 2023, Kia dropped its previous 1.4‑litre turbo‑petrol engine and enhanced both the 1.5‑litre naturally aspirated petrol (113 bhp, 144 Nm) and 1.5‑litre diesel units (now 114 bhp, up from 113 bhp)  

Kia has also refreshed the styling and upped the game with tech enhancements—many trims now featuring wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, dual 10.25″ infotainment screens, level-2 ADAS, LED lighting, panoramic sunroof, and connected car features (OTA maps, remote commands via app)  

In terms of mileage, the official ARAI rating stays in the 16–16.5 kmpl range, but real-world usage suggests users consistently see 20–22 kmpl, even in highway conditions . Ride and comfort receive favorable mention too—one owner said “ride quality is better than Creta… looks gorgeous in red… overall value‐for‐money”
