At DigiCab Technologies Private Limited, we strive to make your rental experience seamless and stress-free. Our Refund Policy ensures that if your booking changes or is cancelled under qualifying conditions, your eligible amount is returned quickly and transparently.

📝 Convenience fees, insurance charges, and add-ons (if applicable) may be non-refundable.


🔁 Trip Modification Refunds

If your trip is shortened or modified, refunds for unused hours/kilometres will be processed based on the updated usage, minus any applicable cancellation or change charges.

  • Early returns do not guarantee automatic refunds.
  • Additional usage (time/km) may be charged at standard rates.

🔒 Security Deposit Refunds

  • A refundable security deposit, if collected, will be returned within 5–7 business days of trip completion.
  • Deductions (if any) will be communicated along with proof in case of:
    • Late return
    • Traffic violations
    • Vehicle damage
    • Missing items (accessories, keys, documents)

💡 All deductions will be transparent and in line with DigiCab’s Damage & Penalty Policy.

🧾 How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your DigiCab account via app or website
  2. Go to "My Bookings" → Select Trip → Report Issue
  3. Choose "Request Refund" and enter your reason
  4. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

❗ Non-Refundable Cases

  • Booking violations (e.g., fake license, misuse)
  • Delays caused by customer non-cooperation or incomplete KYC
  • Misuse of promo codes or fraudulent activity
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
